Returns & Cancellations
We are not able to issue returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please make sure all information is accurate prior to purchase. Carefully review your billing address, shipping address and contact information before finalizing your order. All sales are final.
In rare cases, we may allow refunds as a one-time exception. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. All refunds will be issued in USD at the exchange rate effective at the time of the refund. We are not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rate or fees issued by the cardholder’s bank. All additional fees, including shipping and tax, are non-refundable. If you feel your order requires special consideration, please contact us.
Shipping & Fees
Please allow 7 business days for order verification, notification and processing. Shipments should arrive within 10 business following order verification. This is an estimated timeframe and not guaranteed. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.
All orders are shipped with UPS. Domestic orders ship with UPS Ground. International orders ship with UPS Worldwide to the select countries below. We do not ship to Freight Forwarders or P.O. Boxes. Shipping fees are calculated as a flat-rate per country and may include additional fees calculated on a per-item basis, determined by order weight. Fees may also include additional handling charges.
We accept orders from the United States and the following international countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list, please contact us.
We are not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged shipments. Any additional shipping and handling fees, including re-shipping fees, are the responsibility of the buyer. All claims made by the shipping carrier are the buyer’s responsibility. If you have any questions regarding UPS claims, please contact us.
Tax & Duty
Sales tax is charged to orders shipped within the states of California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Washington. The applicable tax rate for orders within these states is subject to state sales tax between 4% and 7.25%. The applicable tax rate for orders within these states is also subject to an additional 0 - 4.5% sales tax based on individual counties and cities. Shipping cost is also taxed. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipping to states outside of California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Washington.
International Duty and Taxes are calculated according to each country and may be applied to the order during checkout for international customers. All import Duty and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer prior to shipping. We will transfer these fees to UPS to process the international shipment.
We use secure processing called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This is the industry standard protocol developed for the transmission of private information over the internet. SSL uses a private key to encrypt the user’s data, such as credit card information, to prevent it from being read during digital transfer.
We will never share our customer’s account information and confidential information with any outside affiliates or individuals. All user information is secured and encrypted in the SSL Software. The information we collect includes the buyer’s name, email, billing address, phone numbers, credit card information, IP address and geographical region.
In providing this information, the buyer represents that they own all such personal data and consent to our use. We use this information to process orders, collect payment, and to charge for our services. We also use it to respond to the buyer’s request regarding sales and support. The buyer has the right to withdraw or decline consent at any time. If the buyer does not want to provide this information, we will not be able to provide service. Users may unsubscribe from promotional or marketing email from AARON CARRETTI LLC at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in the email received.

What type of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept Visa or Mastercard payments at this time. We are not able to accept checks, PayPal, or any digital currency such as Bitcoin.
Can I buy a piece that’s not on your website?
Carretti is only offering a small selection of work at this time through our website. If you would like to be notified about new pieces, please add your email to our mailing list.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchases?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer any rates other than those listed on the website.
Do you accept commissions?
Not at this time.
Do you insure the packaging against damage?
No. We cannot replace or repair any packaging that has been damaged during shipment. This is used only to secure the piece inside.
